Returns:

Our return policy is within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will not be able to refund you or exchange items if this delay is exceeded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have the tag on.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All items that are considered as undergarments such as underwear, socks or bathing suit cannot be returned or exchanged. Also, we are unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the tag has been removed.

Shipping:


To return your product, you should e-mail us at info@fitarmycanada.com and adress the package to Fit Army Canada to this adress: 2101 Route Transcanadienne, Dorval, Qc, H9P 1J1.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you provide us with the wrong address and do not receive your item, you will be charged for the shipping cost for resending the item (regardless if it was with free shipping or not). If you wish to cancel your order because the item was shipped to the wrong address that you provided, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Exchange:


To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase printed with the order number on it and inserted in the package that you will send us. Please hand write on this sheet what it is that you want as an exchange. We can only do exchanges for the same product (exchange for different sizes only). We will have to charge you for the shipping of the exchange.
